is web hosting included?

Yes, web hosting is included in your price.  Think of web hosting as where your website ‘lives.’  Reputable hosting can cost anywhere from $15 – $100 per month depending on what services you choose.  ZEEOBE makes it simple and includes everything you need! 

How will we communicate once we start?

We communicate in the way that serves you best. Some clients prefer email only, some prefer via telephone, some by video conferencing and others like a mixture of all three. We have the tools and capabilities to serve you as a client from start to finish. 

Do you optimize for mobile?

Yes! We only design and build custom websites for mobile in fact. Our websites are what is called responsive web design. Responsive website design is an approach to web page creation that makes use of flexible layouts, images that are flexible, and flexible CSS. Building a responsive website ensures that whatever the users screen orientation or screen resolution will automatically adjust the website to fit the device – whether mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop.

Is ssl included?

Of course.  SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and it’s the standard technology for keeping an internet connection secure and safeguarding any sensitive data that is being sent.  Purchased separately, this costs $50 – $500.  We just include it to make it simple and provide value.

Do we work with custom websites?

We only design custom websites in WordPress. But we’re open to doing website maintenance work on template websites. If you have a template website built in WordPress we can most definitely help you. Just give us a call or request an estimate online and we’ll give you a break-down of a quote.

How can I get my site updated in the future?

Of course!  Each package contains a number of ‘updating’ support minutes each month.  Contact us in using the member portal, and we will get the changes you want done ASAP!  If you use all your support minutes in any given month, you can purchase more at a rate of $99 per hour.
